All MultiPOS licenses come with a 14-day refund policy. If you're not completely satisfied with the plugin for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure:

• Your request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date
• You have activated the license key on your WooCommerce store
• You have attempted to use the plugin and found it doesn't meet your needs
• You haven't violated our Terms of Service

What's Covered

The refund policy applies to:

• All MultiPOS license purchases (Starter, Professional, Enterprise)
• New purchases made directly from our website
• Renewals within 14 days of the renewal date

What's Not Covered

Refunds are not available for:

• Purchases made more than 14 days ago
• Requests due to incompatibility with third-party plugins/themes that are not part of our supported stack
• Requests after we have provided custom development services
• Purchases made through third-party marketplaces (those follow marketplace policies)

How to Request a Refund

1. Log in to your account on our website
2. Go to "My Account" → "Licenses"
3. Find the license you want to refund
4. Click "Request Refund" and provide a brief reason
5. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
6. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 days

After Refund Approval

Once your refund is approved:

• The license key will be deactivated immediately
• You must remove the plugin from all your websites
• Support and updates for that license will cease
